As School Resumes

Dancing and playing
Has abruptly been stopped
Sorrow, depression now on children’s faces
As a new session begins

The long period of picnicking is over
The decent time for study is back
Parents and guardians happily prepare
As they send their child to school
While screams and whippings easily subside

Married men lay beside their cares
Happily caressing the future
As the school is like a juvenile
Where they keep their children awake
But later rejoice and celebrate at stake
When their wards passes with a distinction
