After a long pause from the tired sun
She burns with vehemence and strong might
The moon eases hastily away and gently
The rays of the sun shine unto the earth
Scorching through the hills, towns and villages
She burns with vehemence and strong might
And peeps through the windows shed and thatched roofs
Waking men, women and even children
To perform their shared household chores
As the break of the day finally comes
The cattle are up and away to the farm
The ants files out from their silent wood and
The bats and owls wings away to their territory
